Appointments

All appointments must be booked in advance. Walk-ins are not accepted.
Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to complete any required intake forms.
If you are running late, please contact me as soon as possible. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect the time of subsequent clients.
Appointment reminders are sent via email or text. It is your responsibility to confirm or cancel in advance.

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
No-shows without prior notice will be charged the full session fee.

Please inform me of any health conditions, injuries, medications, or allergies prior to your session. This information is kept strictly confidential.
Massage therapy may not be appropriate in certain circumstances. A health intake form is completed at your first visit and updated as needed.
If you are feeling unwell on the day of your appointment, please reschedule. This protects both you and me.
Draping is maintained at all times during treatment to ensure your comfort and privacy.

Payment is due at the time of service. Accepted methods include cash, debit, and major credit cards.
Official RMT receipts are provided for all sessions and may be submitted to most extended health benefit plans.

All personal and health information collected is kept strictly confidential in accordance with applicable privacy legislation.
Client records are stored securely and are not shared with third parties without your written consent, except as required by law.

Massage therapy is a regulated health profession in Ontario. All treatments are strictly therapeutic in nature.
Any inappropriate requests or behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session.
